We’ve all had to deal with them at some point—those dark, horrid circles that make you look like you’ve barely gotten any sleep for days. And concealing them with sloppy makeup only makes them more prominent. We give you with easy hacks to hide those dark circles and look fresh and glowing instantly.

Pick the right concealer
It’s important to pick the right concealer. A green toned one will reduce redness while yellow toned concealers will hide the dark bluish circles. If you’re picking the normal flesh toned concealers, use a shade lighter than your skin tone to brighten up the area. Also, don’t pick a formula that’s cakey and dry. Look for a light, creamy one that can be easily blended so that it doesn’t accentuate any fine lines or wrinkles.

Apply it at the right place
If you have been smearing your concealer on the entire under-eye area, then stop doing it right away. Ideally, you need to dab it only on spots where you actually have dark circles, which generally forms a semi-circle from the inside of the eyes towards the cheek. And remember, apply with a light hand. Don’t cake it on.

Apply it in the right way
Use a soft brush or your finger to dab the concealer on and then blend around the rest of your eyes using a sponge. Set with a translucent powder.
