Chillies contain capsaicin that makes you burn more fat and helps you cut down on calories by suppressing the appetite.  Add chillies to your food or if you can stand it, make a tea by pouring hot water over a pinch of chilli powder. Increase the quantity of chilli over time. Add the juice of half a lemon to increase its efficacy.
