Components

  • 1 lb ocean perch fillets or 1 lb different white fish fillet
  • water, to duvet
  • 1 massive egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon candy pickle enjoy
  • 1teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1teaspoon onion powder
  • 1cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1cup milk
  • 2 huge eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1cup breadcrumbs

Guidance

  1. Quilt fillets with water in saucepan. bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer covered for 5 minutes until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  3. Drain, cool and flake.
  4. Beat 1 egg with fork in bowl. Add next 9 components. Add fish. combine neatly.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes so crumbs absorb moisture.
  6. Form mixture into 1 inch balls.
  7. Beat 2 large eggs and a pair of tbsp water in conjunction with fork.
  8. Dip ball in egg mixture and coat with crumbs.
  9. Deep fry in hot 400F fats until browned.
  10. Serve with picks and seafood sauce.
  11. To make as patties, type into 4 patties and dip in bread crumbs.
  12. Brown on both sides in 2 tbsp arduous margarine not butter.
